Central Florida Diesel Roadside · Kissimmee, FL
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 9, 2026
1. Services
Central Florida Diesel Roadside provides mobile and roadside heavy-duty diesel truck repair services, including diagnostics, engine repair, brake service, electrical repair, and tire service for semi trucks and tractor trailers. Service is performed at your location — this is a mobile service, not a walk-in repair shop.
2. Service Area
We serve Kissimmee and surrounding Central Florida communities. Availability and response times vary by location, time of day, and current call volume. An estimated time of arrival (ETA) is confirmed by phone when you request service; ETAs are estimates, not guarantees.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Any price discussed by phone is an estimate based on the information you provide. The final price is determined after on-site diagnosis and is communicated before work begins. You authorize the work by agreeing to proceed. Roadside service typically includes a service-call/dispatch fee plus parts and labor.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as offered at the time of service.
5. Limitations of Roadside Service
Some repairs cannot be safely or practically completed roadside. If the technician determines the vehicle requires shop-level equipment, towing, or parts not available on the truck, you will be advised of the options. The service-call fee still applies for the dispatch and diagnosis.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Central Florida Diesel Roadside's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including downtime or lost revenue. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel a service request by calling (407) 917-9214. If a technician has already been dispatched, a service-call fee may apply.
8. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive service-related text messages as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies; reply STOP to opt out; message and data rates may apply.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
